hidden Both my ex’s have used me for…you know…and lied about how they love me…my first ex was a sweet bitter lie relationship Bc he never loved me to begin (his words) he made me bleed at my ankles and he laughed about it then dumped me Bc he didn’t want me anymore ( he also claimed to be suicidal as well)…my red neck ex (my second and last ex)and his mother tried to force me to get birth control; he didn’t ask for consent or told me what’s going on; he told me “I’m using you to make myself happy” (bc he claimed to be suicidal and depressed); and lastly he told me “i can make you have sex”…

It sounds like they have both acted terribly and conducted themselves terribly. Causing you substantial pain and suffering, not to mention severe emotional burdens. As difficult as it might be to accept, the fact that you feel done and like giving up on dating and relationships is actually good. It’s good because clearly the type of relationships you’ve had we’re anything but healthy, respectful, and loving.
.
I do want to ensure you though, that there are really great people out there, who would treat you with respect, love, and compassion. But given the current situation you could run into them and not even realize it. We’ll change that but first we need a much more clear image of where we’re at now.
.
Let me know If this is an accurate description of your previous relationships and people you’ve been attracted to in the past.
.
You may find someone looks physically attractive and are nice kind etc but you just aren’t interested or dont really feel much towards them.
.
And you know this because for a other people (presumably your ex’s) t’s an incredibly intense thrill and is very different than how you experience most people. Often it is characterized by VERY intense feelings that almost consume you.
.
However it can be exhausting because even from day one, even before dating sometimes, the dynamic between you both is like a roller coaster, super intense exhilarating highs with equally charged and painful heavy lows.
.
Sound familiar?
